HOW TO SIGN UP AS A SERVICE REQUESTER

Hello Service Requesters, let's show you how to find your way on Owanbe Arena as a Service Requester.

This simple process will make it easier for you to find the best Event Vendors and Service Providers for your next event:

*Download the Owanbe Arena App on Google Play Store and Sign up with your personal details, profile picture and location. 

*All the Event Vendors and Service Providers in your location will appear automatically. For instance, if you set your location to Oyo state, you will see all these Vendors on your timeline whenever you login. 

*If the Vendors displayed are not what you are looking for, you can now filter using the search bar on your screen. The App allows you to search for Vendors in all other states across Nigeria. 

*When you see a Vendor that you like, Firstly send them a chat on their profile and engage them regarding your event and agree on price. 

*If an agreement is reached, you can now hit the REQUEST SERVICE beneath their profile to input details of the event which includes event title, date, venue, time, description, price and do so on. 

Important Notice for Service Requesters: 

*Only 40 percent of the cost of service will be paid to provider before discharging their duties. 

*You can save all the amount agreed on in your Wallet on the app, by using any of your Bank Cards. But make sure only 30% of the total amount is sent to their Account/Wallet before rendering the service. 

*Full payment will be made when the Requester marks the job complete. 

*Both upfront/part payment must be paid through the wallet. WE WON'T BE ANSWERABLE TO ANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE DONE OUTSIDE THE APP!
